At Pikzola, we are committed to providing high-quality art and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders (e.g., personalized framed portraits) and digital artwork are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days after approval.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with proof (photos of the damage). We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order details.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
